Time

It’s funny how time gets away from us. The feelings, the moments, Let's grasp and hold on to it. So tight It’s like we live in the moment. We step back, look around, feel it. Time still ticks. Moments turn into memories Memories turn into feelings That first hello. Lord knows I miss it. The first time you asked me out. It's as if I was asked to the ball. It’s those moments I miss. I want to remember and reminisce. I want to go back to our first kiss. Reliving it Capture every touch Capture the rush. I miss it so much.

Hey all! I've been writing poetry as far back as I can remember! I'm an author to a few books, but for about 20 years I stopped writing books, but never stopped writing poetry. I'm also an artist and paint! Poetry, writing and poetry is all art to me! ❤️
