Time

Tick tock tick

Time, it can go so fast

In life, you worry about it

Wonder how long you'll last

In good moments and the bad

At the end, dread will cast

When you think of it wasted

Tick tock tick

In the bad, time moves slow

Like walking through the water

And you are at a low

But somehow you can get up

To battle a new foe

Life can be a gift or curse

Tick tock tick

You will laugh and smile

Wish time could stop at a dime

Knowing life is worthwhile

We cherish and remember

Those moments are fragile

Watching the clock is pointless

Tick tock tick
