Time and Time

Time and time again

I tell myself not to love you

Not to let your smile entrap me

I love the way you look at me

But I must teach myself to stop

The way your hands caress my body

Oh the chills

Please don't manipulate me

But no. You just have to do it

You anger me, the sweet anger

The anger that doesn't last

Because when I get up the courage to tell you how I feel

You touch me

And that touch does things

Things that have never happened

My knees get weak

And it seems like you're the only one who can save me

My love for you will never fade

But I wish it would just take an absence
