Time Crunch
Dear Depression ,
When humans are destined to die,
How is one supposed live a happy life?
Grief tastes bitter,
Pain follows,
And Anxiety becomes a busybody.
You are unwelcomed,
Yet become my only friend.
Loneliness begins to suffocate.
I feel like a wounded animal,
Caged and mistreated.
I need freedom.
I need a miracle.
I only hope that when the time comes when you are forever gone,
I will still have the time to live a life full of peace and happiness.
Love, Your current friend
