time of distress (book of psalm)

i ask you Lord to not rebuke me with anger

when i make mistakes

i ask you Father God to not chasten me with displeasures

when i come up short

be a merciful God for i have weaken

allowing my flesh to get the better of me

i ask you Lord

to heal me

for my bones are troubled

my soul have been troubled

been surrounded with bad elements

and i'm not helping by adding more ingredients

causing the elements to be cancerous

where it travels widespread, it's airborne dropping pipe bombs

injecting hate to weaken hearts

of those who are already weak

return Lord, deliver me

save me for your undying loving sakes

for in death, there is no remembrance of You

in the grave who will give You thanks?

i became weary with my screaming

nights where my bed has been clammy

drench my face with tears

in asking to mold me in being a better person

my eyes are shot red in grief

temptation in seeking revenge against my enemies

You say , love your enemies

do good who hate you

do good who done wrong to you

thank You for my own iniquities

The Lord heard my cries

The Lord heard my supplications

The Lord understood my prayers

let all my enemies be ashamed and feel deep sorrows

let them try to turn away, and ashame cast its fears to them suddenly
