Time is Everything

Time is everything like life itself Time is special not just on the left Numbers number that’s all we see And my time on earth is all about me As this poem goes on I'm gonna tell my story Why time is everything and not just glory Hurry Hurry when I'm in a rush Drink all week so I guess I'm a lush Classes, books, friends, and sleep With so little time I barely eat But that’s not it that’s not what makes me mad When I'm doing absolute nothing the time just dreads 24 hours yeah that’s what they said Monday through Sunday I'm looking ahead 365 this guy still alive 52 weeks and I still cant be beat But let me stop right there knowing I don’t have much time Because this was just a poem I said to some friends of mines.
