The Time has Arrived
The days seem to fly by without a trace.
We’ll soon have to leave and preach our goodbyes.
Remembering the looks upon our face.
Girls in dresses, boys in their suits and ties.
Walking down the aisle, in cap and gown.
The emotions are dancing in our heads.
We’ll soon be ready to leave this small, town.
The memories we’ve made, the tears we’ve shed.
Growing up is a real bittersweet time.
Spreading our wings, trav’ling our separate ways.
Graduation is considered a shrine.
We’ll soon see each other again someday.
Leaving this school is an honor to us all.
We’ll throw our caps in the air, watch them fall.
