Time To Let Go

Sitting here anticipating our life together

Wondering what I see for the future

Weighing all options about us

I thought this would last forever.

We've been together so many years

We've had our highs and lows

But I believe we have came to the end now

And it's time to let go.

So much hurt, so much pain

That has happened through the years

Now all I think about

Is all the hurt and fears.

Where did the happiness go?

I sit and wonder everyday

I sit, absorb and watch

I decided to change the way.

My future, my destiny

What does it hold?

Only God can answer that

But will I reach it alone?

I want to be happy

And yes this relationship is at stake

But this is the decision

That I just have to make.

It's been a bumpy ride

And it's time for my life to flow

Is why I can say

It's time to let go.
