I do not know this new feeling

It's very strange to me

My heart is heavy at the thought

that we no longer be

I felt a sadness in my heart

I don't know what to do

You say everything is fine

But trust me I'm no fool

I do not want to talk to you

You moved on fast with ease

You tell me to just let it go

But I'm sick of the tease

The way you played me really hurt

No longer can I trust

I thought you were my one true friend

I guess it was a bust

We used to laugh and joke and play

But now that is all gone

I thought our friendship was so strong

No more can I hang on

I thought that you enjoyed me too

Well that is what you claim

But little did I know that 

You never felt the same

It's time that I find someone new

A friend that actually cares

Who listens and believes in me

Someone to lend an ear
