time to say no

And you like intrigue me

So silent but your eyes are screaming at me

Knowing little of you but I feel I know your soul

A smile that can lift my spirit

You got me hooked on you and you don’t even know

I often wonder when ill confront my love

But when I think of rejection I hold my tongue

Because you can’t rush love you can’t even control it

Even when you know that it could destroy you

Just the thought of happiness keeps you holding on for a bit

But I cant and the thought of us being together kills me

You’re the drug I’m addicted too and I need to be sober

You don’t care about me and I need this to be over

The woman in me is being freed from her cage

I’m spreading my wings and I’m flying away

Like an eagle soaring far, my destination is where I please

As a wolf fleeing his pack I must go my own way
