TIME SLIPS AWAY

TIME SLIPS AWAY
BY MIRA WILDER

The Miracle of life
inside my soul
lives precious
beyond all fear and angst.
I let it go and pray
for a beautiful tomorrow
I can't catch up to yesterday.

I, in the moment,
make the best of what I see...
can't touch tomorrow
its a vision,
and a maybe hopefully.

I trust and love
and live forgiveness
As Time slips away
goes by
so quickly...
I let go and pray
I can't catch up to yesterday...
