Time For Some Love
Time for Some Love
I Love You.
Such words with no truth.
Unless we even know who is who.
Even though you say it to me when I’m behind the love booth.
Such words of passion
Losing meaning
Like a casual fashion.
We say it all the time completely
Just for that one moment.
That is because we feel it is the right comment.
Then why does it feel so empty?
Some say it comes from the heart;
Everyone says that.
That is until they grow apart.
What we need to understand is that it is not what one or the other wants
But what both sides are willing to give up
To reestablish the connection of what both had
When forming the words,
I Love You.
Now let us come together
One day or another.
Let us seek each other more
So that we know each other better than ever before.
Let us not make the words a battle to form
But a peaceful resolution to the ever-impending storm.
Have our faiths combined
To help our fates be intertwined.
For times are a changing
And the words aren’t rearranging.
Now let us love like the Heavens above
Because that kind of love is a love of eternity.
