Time ticks away.

Have you ever stared at a clock,

just to watch time tick by,

It seems as if you have lost a lot,

but really it slowly dies.

Each highschool memory,

seems to fade away,

taking a piece of you,

forever to stay.

The football game,

homecoming night,

being called lame,

and that very last fight.

What I would give to make it stay,

as time slowly ticks away.
