At Times When The Only Escape I Know is That of My Words

It has happened once more:

Words fall from my lips and to the wind now,

Teeth a gate to understanding

Shapes of air that pass and turn into clouds.

Even as I speak I can't explain how

Simple effort is demanding,

And I fail once more to let the words out.
