Tiny Dewdrop

CC BY-NC
The soft pitter-patter of gentle soothing water. How it drops from the heavens and hits the ocean's surface. Little by little, a pail is filled. Drop by drop, every dewdrop counts. Some wait for rainy days, others visit oceans big and wide. Neither is wrong… but one can only hope for the bucket to decide. ‘Do not cry over spilled milk.' Yet the tears of children far and wide… cry of empty buckets. And every leap to fill the bucket… the smiling and dancing children… every splash and every leak… continues.
