Tips of your Fingers

Stay here in me The warm comfort of your soft soul Mold against my body, And here, is when I feel most whole, Your heart less than twelve inches away From my own heart You make me scared and vulnerable, And with just a caress of your hands, I am put bare to the world. From the bottom of your toes, to the button of your nose, I hold you within my womb And wait until the day you undo The essence of me With the tips of your fingers
