Tired

I am tired I am exhausted, worn out, weary and fatigued I am wasted, I am jaded, I am weak I am tired I do not know a good nights rest I do not know energy, nor strength, nor life, nor zest I am tired Of these hypocrites, liars, cheaters and nonbelievers Of the pain and distorted view of what we should be That is not me, nor will it ever be, can’t you see? I am tired I am ready to be emotionally, physically and spiritually renewed I am like a book that’s overdue I do not know what to do I do not know how much longer I can be without you I am tired I am tired I am tired
