tired of walking

I am walking

Wanting to run

Trying to seek the one

Tired of waiting, just longing to see my dreams

Become my dreams

Proving I can be anything I set my mind to

I walk

Waiting patiently

Hoping for an opportunity of a life time

I sit back and remember the beach

Looking out to the ocean

The outside person looking in

Wanting to explore more

Free of making its own choices

Doing what it was made to do

I was walking

Now running

Running free

To what I was born to do
