Title of Poem
I'm scared. I'm scared because I can't see the future.
How old will I be?
Will I have kids?
Is success in my future?
What will I become?
Will I live to see my family?
Fate, destiny, future I'm scared of them. I don't want to be stuck dreading to wake up
everyday, and going to work. I don't want my kids become someone like Trump.
I don't want to see my loved ones pass on. I don't want to be unsuccessful.
Everyday that we are alive is an opportunity. It is always knocking.
We have the chance to change our lives at any moment, It's the matter of taking
the opportunity or not. I refuse to let society tell me what I'll be doing with my
life. I am going to become whatever I want to be, marry who I want, and live
happily without the judgement of the world. No one can tell you what you
will be when YOU are older. With this kind of mindset you can do anything.
Believing in yourself is the first step. Conquer it. No one knows what their
future holds, but everyone knows that today's actions will determine what
will happen tomorrow. Take today's opportunity, and don't waste it. Make
decisions that will lead you to the achievment of your goals, and you will
have made your own destiny.
