To my first love
Oh, Matthew Oh Matthew you will never know how much I love you.
You'll never know how much I tried to get you to notice me twirling my hair and saying words I'd never imagine myself saying.
I smiled and never responded to your words because I was too busy admiring your face looking directly at mine just like the dreams I had.
I always wished I was next to you hugging you or even right next to you but every time I was nothing could come out of my mouth since I was just looking at your long brown hair and your large eyes.
I've never felt like this before
You make my organs intertwined it makes me want to faint or fall right next to you like in my dreams that I wish I could repeat.
The day I met you I thought it was a blessing and being right beside you and my friends seeing me turning all red with your compliments and words full of love was my god.
I will remember all our memories all of the time, when someone says, "who was the one who got away" I'll think of how you ran away with my love but it's okay because I gave it all to you anyway.
The most painful tears are not the ones that fall from my own eyes when I decided to let you go. They're the ones that fall from my heart and cover my soul trying to let you go and letting you walk your own two feet.
When I decided to leave, I honestly thought you wouldn't live without me, and I know that sounds mean but I'm glad you took your training wheels off and that I set you free.
