Tock

Water in an hourglass
soaks in drops through falls
muddily muddles the clarity
of transparency

Time like water torture
you never feel its impact
till it's like a jackhammer on
your brain. What have you done lately?

live to the moment
present speeds on
Tick
can't count the time left
never
Tock
know when the clock
Tick
stops
