Today, I am I

Today, I am I!

Oh! Wonderful me!

I have a brain in my head

toes on my feet

fingers on hand

and teeth that gleam

Hair that is healthy

eyes that see

ears that hear

and a nose...

oh, what a nose

I have legs that walk

and arms that swing

lungs that breathe

and a voice

that can almost sing

Today I am me,

I am alive.

I live with the earth

and I live with the sky.

What a wonderful thing

to be alive.
