Today means something

Today always means something,
because I get to spend it with you.
I know you feel numb,
as if the world doesn't care,
or as if you are drowning
in the words of the day,
but hey! look over here my darling,
because we will be okay.
I know we will.
Because today meant something.

Everyday means something.
As long as

I spend

it with

you.

I have always loved to write, and poetry is my best and favorite way to write. I also love music and can play many instruments and also sing.
