Together We Stand

Together we stand

We stand against racism

Against the bigots of this world

Yet we are dividing ourselves

We aren’t paying attention

I want to yell look up

Look up

Yet no one hears me

They are distracted

Distracted by the nonsense in our world

Who wore what

Who won that award

When we should be looking up
