Tonight

Tonight I don't even want to runaway Because I know as soon as I do Reality snatches me back Leaving me livid With starches of tough love Telling me I'm not allowed to go Putting me back where I started So tonight I stay I don't want sleep I don't wanna run I'm only static This is where you see me right A perfectly imperfect statue All of what should be Tonight I'm stone Cold to feelings Etched in lamentation Inside I weep The statue stayed But what was me left Long gone some place else So tonight I stay That statue in picturesque place
