too damned much

my life is a flurry of inhale and exhale just trying to breathe just trying to breathe and at the end of the day i collapse into bed overwhelmed overstimulated overworked and underappreciated but who gives a fuck after all i am not saving lives i am not changing lives i am not doing anything but surviving and even that is too damned much
