Too good to be true

You’ve got me noticing you in all of my favorite songs.. like a new beginning. Your like the first bloom of a flower. When it’s at its perfect moment.

But what is perfect? Because I have never found it but when I look at you it’s as if your consumed by it. I am consumed by it..

Just like perfection, it feels too good to be true. But you, you are true. True as day and true as night. Truly seeing myself in you, perfection is within our eyes.

And I, just don’t want to take my eyes off of you.
