Too Late, Impossible

What if I found courage?

What if I found self-respect?

Would I be treated differently?

What if I could walk away?

What if I had the strength?

Would he see that I’m not a toy?

I’m NOBODIES entertainment. . .

Or am I?

Does he really have control over me?

But WHAT IF I viewed myself as more than his words?

His endearing, lovely, grasping, hatful, suffocating words.

What if I found hope?

too late

Would I be happier?

impossible

What if I never looked?

July 4th, 2011.

What if I didn’t love him?

April 18th, 2012.

What if I never said yes?
