Too Much

Because I love you,

get in the car with me

not him, he’s drunk,

come with me, I’ve only had three.

Because I love you,

you’re not smart enough to go there

I don’t want your hopes up,

I’m just trying to be fair.

Because I love you,

yes I promise I’ll come home

I’ve had a little too much to drink,

I’m going to sleep at that girl’s house that’s always popping up on my phone.
