Too quick Too Soon

He was an angel from above

He brought down blessings and love

He was compassionate and considerate

When you needed someone, he would always come around

When you were sad, he was there

When you were lonely, he was there

When you need a hug and a smile that shines so bright, he was there

When you needed to pray, he was there

And when you were happy, he was there

Saheed loved everyone

He was a friend, our brother, and our son

Like they say,

You never know what you got till you lose it

And even though he is gone

He will always belong in our hearts

Even after his death.

We all realize how much God loves us and how much we have

Saheed impacted our lives so much.

He made us realize that people make mistakes

And they are meant to be forgiven

Like God forgave us.

That's why today, he brought our family and friends back together

He wanted the best for all of us

And in the Bible, it says Be content with what you have, for God has said,

"Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you."

So I say with confidence,

"The lord is my helper; I will not be afraid."

Saheed is dead, but his glory will last forever.
