Too Shy

Our eyes meet

But you see right through me

The window in between

You and your friend

I've got so much to say

And no idea how

One of these days

I should figure that out

Maybe you've got something

To share with me too

Maybe it's all my imagination

Stressing every move

Each day that passes

It gets harder to rise

I look down at my feet-

Still too shy.
