Toothpick Stilts

Fuming

Telling me what I can and can’t eat

Like she knows what she’s talking about

Look at her—

All she wants to do is criticize

And criticize

And criticize

And critique

But she’s weak.

And she knows it.

So the only thing she does is

act like she knows it all—

Push me down with her snide remarks

Standing on toothpick stilts

But thinks she really is taller than me.

I’ll break those stilts.

That circus clown.
