Torn rags

I sit here in my torn rags as I cry out in happiness , the feelings that I feel, cannot be put into words. I feel like my heart will jump out of my chest if I stay. But now I see it. The light at the end of my tunnel, I've never been so close. I can smell the fresh air, I want to run but I have no more to give, the light gets closer and closer. I come to my sence when I hear the horn, it's just a fucking train. I'm trapped like a felon, but free as a bird. I just want to go home. But I will never see it again. I'll never taste the sweet homemade meals from grandma, I'll never sing songs by the fire. I will never be me again.
