Touch of a Goddess

As naturally as the wind blows and the sun sets

your beauty rises till it reaches perfect

the name "epitome of beauty" you now hold

as if you were gold purified in a crucible

having Aphrodite'd my Hephaestus soul

Ms. Medusa my heart you have stoned

Rosetta please decipher this code

you have written on my heart

so your love can be known

the constellation I've become

can be your story told

of how the touch of a goddess

saved a lowly life form
