Tough Love

As she lays in her coffin So pale, so still She thinks to the time He took his first thrill And now that its done She asks herself why She never had the strength To tell him goodbye Leaving her family And the friends who cared For a grotesque man Who never stopped and stared Why couldn't I leave Like he left me Broken and battered On the ground to bleed Her voice screams in her head HELP ME HELP ME I PLEAD AND I BEG But no one can her They're all dead
