Towards The End of The Hallway

As you leave to discrover a new world,

You leave behind one that you called our own.

The sky seems so dark since you left here,

Since you are the light that shines through.

You left so soon with no questions to be asked,

Answered with tears even though you weren't there.

You feel as if I can come visit,

As if no mountain is too high.

You would swim high to low just to see someone else,

It feels weird but I know I must let go.
