Toxic

The love you said was authentic,

turned out to be more toxic.

I am learning to love myself, making improvements,

telling myself " You are worth it."

My dreams and fears inloved you,

now, i have the same dream without you in it.

You say i need you in my life to make me happy. For what?

Why do i need you? So that you can hurt me more?

I may be weak, i may be strong, or i may be both but i don't need you.

All i need is the love i have for mayself.

I am done with all the toxic things you thow at me. I don't need you.

I need myself.
