Toy

Give me the blade

Watch the blood rush out

Put me on a pedestal

Watch me crack under pressure

Cause we all know this is your doing

Pulling and pushing till i’m small

Touching me till im nothing but hand prints

I watch your eyes as you force me to be quiet

Hushed when someone asks whats wrong

You call my name as if i’ll go

Crimson red in the shape of your words

Carving till you throw me out

As i become one of your toys

Don’t say your innocent

As your face appears in my dreams

Whispering sweet nothings as i become perfect

Becoming the toy you prayed i would be
