Toy Boy

I try to write this poem

Yet the words won’t come out

An empty page and heart

I looks as darkness has filled this page

Another look and I see

The empty shell you’ve made me

It’s not the pen, the poem, or the paper

But simply just me

I finally opened my heart to be destroyed

I remembered now

You close your heart and don’t let anyone get close

Otherwise you hurt

I broke the rules and fell in love

Thought you were the one but I’m just a foolish boy

All I was to you was the blood you leeched on

A unwanted toy

That’s all I am now

My use is over

So now you’ll get a new toy
