Tracks

My life is a train

Going place to place.

Each destination someone departs

Leaving an empty space.

Traveling slowly onward

Along these hard tracks,

I have to  understand and realize.

There is no way I can look back.

Yes, there will be mishaps

And struggles along the way,

But my life is a train.

From my tracks I cannot stray.
