Tragedy of 9/11


It was a day we all remember,

a day we try to forget,

a day our loved ones were lost, 

a day we gathered with true friends

in a desperate need for survival, 

when no survivors were found, 

our nation rests at peace now, 

as our true heroes are home bound.
