The scars of time haunt us, The trails of time follow us, but it can't keep us down Its hard to pull up your head. Its hard to keep on going when you've benn kicked so far down. The trials of time circle around us repeatedly, showing us our past. It hurts sometimes, but they also show the future they show new, they show life. They show that what you once were is not all you will ever be. You can make a new start The trails of time may show some sorrow But if you work with time instead of against it You too will learn not to hold on to or hate, but to move on with time.
