Train to Freedom

I'm being lead to the ocean

The ocean of love and passion

Where mom sits laughing and bashing

All the bad grades I've made and outlasted

Mom why do my feet stay?

Why are my limbs stiff?

Can I be free?

What is holding me back?

Is it because I am black

Colored eyes see the color

And Colored eyes are the eyes of a fool

Rich in courage, but small in heart

Fast in resources, but slow in life.

Awaken, I did and now I am free from the shackles that held me

I run with a since of purpose

slapping the face of them that derail my conscious

Breaking the barriers that has held my mind captive.

I am free my brothers!

I am free!!!
