The Train of Time
The Train of Time
The train of time
That carries every one
To his sure destiny
Slow and steady moving.
By the time you arrive
At one's station,
He thinks you are speady
Yes, every body is your passenger.
Everybody has a sure destination,
Where he must alight
Whether he likes or not.
When you alight at a station,
I say , "Adieu"
That's the train of time
That waits for nobody.
