Tranquility?

The fawn quenching thirst from a crystal clear river,

Swallowtails roaming through the bright sunny sky,

The playful squirrels running back and forth on the tree branches of gold,

The waterfall’s fresh water cascading down the soft rocky surfaces,

Daises dancing in a nimble breeze,

                                                            BANG!

The fawn drops

Butterflies dash into the now sinister sky

The cascading waterfall turns red with blood

As it descends into the jagged pit of rock at the foundation

Flowers trampled as animals dart away

The huntsman steps out form his hiding place

To gather his prize

Tranquility returns
