Tranquility's Transformation

Tranquility, a cushioned coverlet, calls to sky Initially with geniality, suddenly marked by lividness Unveiling inhumane deeds like Chinese finger traps Tentacle treads raze the saturated air Erratically perambulating the vast expanse Lacerating passive sky Left worn - torn like once copious pockets now barren Irate cotton drifts from the rifts within sky Ebullient blackened hatred - exploding thunder Angered thunderheads rain lightning upon tranquility Torrents of tears fall from the subjugated sky Incapable of getting worse, it suddenly gets better Piercing light disbands tranquility’s haze Transforming blackened hues to serene blues
