They say there's nothing money can't buy, So I am assuming that's the reason you throw it at me. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful, It does make my world go round. I just wonder if you think it enough, Enough to ease your guilt, Or enough to erase my pain, For when my cries were in vain. But why am I even surprised, When I am the one who chased after you in the first place? Perhaps this quid pro quo relationship is best, And I promise to burden you no more.

I am a 20 year old future accountant. I'm very ambitious, inquisitive but very introverted. I love simple things in life, enjoy board games, specifically Scrabble and surely that makes sense considering that I am a writer.
