Transcendence

Maybe I'm feeling all emotional
But I feel so inspired
Life isn't about how much money you have attained
How much knowledge one has acquired
Because in the end it all doesn't matter
In the end you will have nothing to show
But your funeral attire
Over your slowly decaying bones
I think life is about the memories you have created
The people you have impacted - even if it's one
They will remember it forever and that's the greatest deed done
We can't live our lives with this "me" mindset
Because when we are old and dying we'll be full of regrets
No one ever admires the narc
But praise the people the people who have open their hearts
To understand why people behave this way
And realize deep deep down we are all same
