Transitions from blue

Location

Transitioning from blue

The sky dives into orange

leaving ripples of beauty laying across the limitless sky

Sparks begin to form as red drapes over the atmosphere setting fire to the world

above me

The red lightens, as if white paint were added to the now soft pink pedaled clouds

blossoming above

I blink just as royal lavender squeezes between the horizon leaving me in awe

In minutes the sky darkens and the colors fade

A harsh blackness seeps into my soul

but soon twinkles as stars begin to emerge

A million smiles stand still for all to see
