Trapped
On an island, alone, no one but me
Nothing around for self expression
Coming slowly is depression
I am here, the island open and welcome
But trapped I am
On the inside
A foreign body thyself has
Uncomfortable and miserable
Jealous of the world I once new
A figure that I so desired
Desired to be me
On an island, alone, no one but me
How I long I have wished I what I could be
How long I have wished to be thyself
How long I have wished to be a girl
A girl I am
